Very disappointed with my last order. It's been a while since my last order on Missguided and maybe quality has changed. I bought one skirt and a supposed 'satin' dress. The skirt was too big (inaccurate sizes - I am EU36 and bought EU34) and also the quality was so cheap. It was only one layer of fabric and nothing else. Also the satin dress as described and as shown on the website, was made of a very cheap fabric material, for sure wasn't satin (don't know even what was it), it was see through and stretchy. I am obsessed with satin fabric and I am sure how it looks like. Both of the items I've purchased were on sale, however believe me even with the low prices it didn't worth the buy. The quality was so bad and cheap, that you can't wear them. It was so disappointing.It's just loss of money. I had Missguided on my fav online stores, however after such experience I will not buy from there ever again. The info and the photos on the website are misleading and untrue. This is immoral in my opinion. The products I bought are:
-Tall Mint Co Ord Double Split Mini Skirt
-Black Satin Puff Sleeve Ruched Mini Dress
I recommend not to buy them as there aren't as shown and as described on the website.
Furthermore, just fyi there is no review/feedback section on their website in order to review your purchases ( and now I understand why). Also they don't respond on their contact addresses.

I received my order today, the clothes are fine, only the white cropped t-shirt (White Sex And The City Graphic Cropped T Shirt) the material looks and feels cheap, the rest are good. Maybe I'll order again.

I bought my fav co- ord of the year so far! It's the oversized denim co-ord with slouch jeans. The fit is perfect and true to size. I'm so happy with this purchase! The total cost was £53.60 - great value for money!
As a 1st timer on Missguided, I used their chart size guide to assist me in how to go forth with purchasing their clothing. Unfortunately, their size guide is completely off. Ended up purchasing 2 sets that were too big. Thankfully, both sets are loungewear. So I can kind of get away with them being bigger than I had hoped for. However, I was disappointed that the material on one of the sets, started to form lint balls on both the top and bottom within hours of its 1st wear. I had to vacuum my bedding and floor because these things ended up everywhere. Overall, the quality of the clothing is better than expected. Especially when it comes to fast fashion. However, I’m not sure if I would purchase from them again. They don’t provide free returns. Therefore, I don’t want to gamble and purchase anything else that may only be able to be worn for a few hours, before it starts to have a material breakdown.But my experience wasn’t all bad. I must compliment them on their fast shipping/delivery process & their Twitter customer service was amazing!!!
I had quite a rubbish expeirence with the delivery of my order, paid for NDD and the vase came smashed and as missing the other item I ordered! However, Andile on the live chat was actually really good, very quick and efficient and actually managed to turn the experience around which is why i've given 4 stars.
I got in contact with Sethu regarding an late order that I thought may have gotten lost. Sethu was very reassuring and helped me with all my enquiries. Excellent service ☺️
My order was due out for delivery this week but still hasn’t arrived. I spoke to Thulani via the online chat service who was really helpful and put my mind at ease. The agent explained how there had been a delay with my order and refunded me my delivery fee. Superb customer service, I cannot complain!
Needed to check on a return that hadn’t yet been processed yet so contacted Missguided on a online chat with Thandolwethu. Was so quick and easy. Was worried at first it wouldn’t be processed but it was processed straight away. Love shopping with Missguided, this just adds to the love ❤️
I have never ordered from Missguide and for the last 3 weeks someone was using my card details to do shopping on this website. I had my cards blocked 3 times already and I am scared that this will happen again. I had a fraud and I will never do shopping with them as I don't think they are safe enough!!!
